  • For this recipe, I recommend using Country Crock or Miyokos vegan butter, although any brand will suffice.

  • Set the matzo aside. Matzo segments are arranged on a baking sheet that is covered in aluminum foil.
  • Prepare the toffee and spread it over the matzo.
  • Combine the vegan butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Combine until the mixture is liquefied.
  • Cook the toffee over medium heat until it reaches a simmering point and begins to bubble. After that, continue cooking the toffee for approximately three additional minutes until it becomes extremely viscous and frothy.
