How Do You Make Cream Fudge and Cookies?

Oreo Fudge Recipe:

Condensed milk and white chocolate chips should be combined in a medium saucepan and heated to medium on the hob. Stir the mixture carefully when it’s smooth and the chocolate chips have melted. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the salt, vanilla, and most of the chopped Oreos.

Spread the fudge mixture evenly over the surface of the parchment paper-lined square pan using a rubber spatula. Scatter the remaining Oreo pieces on top and gently press them into the fudge’s surface.
Let the fudge cool to room temperature before putting it in the fridge to solidify the white chocolate. Cut it into pieces with a sharp knife and enjoy!

Advice and Techniques:

Oreo Fudge Recipe:

  • Make sure you sweeten the condensed milk. Not evaporated milk, please.
  • You can cut your Oreos with a knife, or you can crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin or kitchen mallet. I like things in a variety of sizes, from little to big.
  • Another option is to press the fudge onto a 9 x 9-inch pan, which will result in somewhat thinner fudge pieces.
  • Use your preferred variety of Oreos to spice things up from the traditional ones. I do not recommend using Double Stuf, even though Mint or Golden Oreos would be great.
  • You can also try using regular or dark chocolate chips in place of the white chocolate chips for a different flavour.

If you would rather not cook this fudge over the stove, you can also prepare it in the microwave. Put the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the mixture in 30-second increments, stirring every 30 seconds, until it’s smooth. Whisk in the vanilla, salt, and the remaining Oreo bits. Pour into the prepared pan, top with the leftover Oreos, and chill in accordance with the directions.

How should Oreo Fudge be kept?

Oreo Fudge Recipe:

The fudge can be kept for up to two or three weeks in the refrigerator in an airtight container. The fudge can be frozen as well. Before storing, allow the fudge to set completely. It can be frozen in large slabs or smaller portions. After securely wrapping the fudge in plastic wrap, place it in a freezer-safe bag. Fudge can be stored frozen for up to three months. After a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator, let it thaw until it’s soft enough to eat.

Can I prepare this fudge ahead of time?
